In the Posthaus Brasserie you can experience a restaurant concept that was developed in cooperation with the Bitburger Brewery: light & fresh dishes at dinnertime, selected wines and, of course, a well tapped „Bit”;, served by our friendly staff.
From the freshly baked tarte flambée in a stone oven to one of our numerous salad variations to the Argentine steak from the Lawastone grill, enjoy the variety of our gastronomic offer. Of course you will also find the corresponding regional dishes of the Hessian cuisine.
In the summer the Berliner Platz around the fountain in front of the hotel is transformed into a lively meeting place. On beautiful summer evenings, the setting sun bathes the square in a Mediterranean light and lends it the atmosphere of an Italian piazza.
